There's a reason why I use certain approaches and make a plan with you. It's called the human brain. For us, to break old habits and rewire new ones that are sustainable and lasting, we need to adopt a gentler approach that bypasses the fight, flight, or freeze triggers (alarms) in the brain. We cannot reach our greater purpose if we are constantly trapped in a state of fear, alert, or overwhelm. Together we can embrace the uncomfortable and cultivate resilience to begin transforming balance in your life.
